HVTN clinical trials network advancing HIV vaccine research. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. PrEP is now available as a long-acting injection (Apretude) every two months — useful if daily pills don't fit your life. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ Alaska residents and the people supporting them.
