National advocacy and prevention organization for Latinos affected by HIV/AIDS. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
