A starting point for newly diagnosed people figuring out treatment, support groups, and disclosure decisions. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. The Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative is funding expanded testing and PrEP access in 57 priority US jurisdictions. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Arkansas residents and allies.
