Undetectable = Untransmittable — global campaign to end HIV stigma. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. PEP must start within 72 hours of exposure — ER doctors can prescribe it; 24/7 hotlines exist for navigating off-hours. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ California residents and the people supporting them.
