Many name/gender change clinics happen monthly at LGBTQ+ centers; bring photo ID, court fee waiver paperwork, and birth certificate. Estate planning matters extra for LGBTQ+ families — without wills, biological family can override surviving partners. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
