Federal interagency plan to prevent and end homelessness, LGBTQ+ inclusive. A starting point for case management, emergency vouchers, and longer-term placement. Most stays in emergency shelter are 30–90 days while you work with case management on next steps. LGBTQ+ youth represent 40% of homeless youth despite being 7% of the general youth population. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ Connecticut residents and the people supporting them.
