Boston-based program of Fenway Health expanded nationally to support LGBTQ+ older adults and providers. A starting point for adult children of LGBTQ+ parents needing eldercare resources sensitive to their parents' history. SAGE has affiliates in 25+ metros; if there's no local office, the national line connects you to phone support. Estate planning is critical: without wills + medical proxies, hostile family can override partners and chosen family. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
