OLOC — empowering and supporting old lesbians nationally. A starting point for adult children of LGBTQ+ parents needing eldercare resources sensitive to their parents' history. Many LGBTQ+ senior centers offer programs, meals, and peer companionship — often free with suggested donation. Medicare and Medicaid cover gender-affirming care for elders in most states — including for people just starting transition late in life. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Delaware residents and allies.
