PEP must start within 72 hours of exposure — ER doctors can prescribe it; 24/7 hotlines exist for navigating off-hours. ADAP programs cover ART for uninsured/underinsured people in every state; income limits typically 400% FPL or higher. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Indiana residents and allies.
