OLOC — empowering and supporting old lesbians nationally. Useful for elders whose biological family is estranged and who need chosen-family-aware support systems. Caregiver support is built into most LGBTQ+ elder programs — partner-led care is acknowledged and supported. Medicare and Medicaid cover gender-affirming care for elders in most states — including for people just starting transition late in life. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
