HRSA federal program providing comprehensive HIV care and support to people living with HIV without insurance. Relevant for long-term survivors needing community, mental health support, and aging-with-HIV care. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ Louisiana residents and the people supporting them.
