Many telehealth platforms (Plume, FOLX, QueerDoc) provide hormone care nationwide — useful in restrictive states. Informed-consent models are now widely accepted by WPATH; you don't need a therapist's letter at most clinics. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Maine residents and allies.
