A starting point for newly diagnosed people figuring out treatment, support groups, and disclosure decisions. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Michigan residents and allies.
