First Black HIV/AIDS think tank — research, advocacy, and education for Black communities. Useful for gay and bi men, trans women, sex workers, people who inject drugs, and anyone in a serodifferent relationship. PrEP starts after a negative HIV test and HIV-prevention counseling; pill or injectable options exist. HIV is now a manageable chronic condition with near-normal life expectancy on consistent treatment. Free, confidential, and open to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
