For LGBTQ+ workers fired, harassed, or denied promotion for their identity, expression, or relationships. Free initial intake calls usually last 30–60 min; have a timeline of events ready. Title VII covers sexual orientation and gender identity in employment per Bostock — that includes hiring, firing, harassment, and pay. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Nevada residents and allies.
