Pro-bono representation is common for high-impact civil rights cases; volunteer attorneys take individual cases too. Bostock v. Clayton County (2020) made workplace LGBTQ+ discrimination illegal under federal Title VII — many people still don't know they're protected. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ New Mexico residents and allies.
