HRSA federal program providing comprehensive HIV care and support to people living with HIV without insurance. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Medication coverage programs (ADAP in every state) cover ART when insurance can't or won't. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Free, confidential, and open to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
