PrEP starts after a negative HIV test and HIV-prevention counseling; pill or injectable options exist. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Oregon residents and allies.
