Pacific Northwest's largest AIDS service organization, based in Portland. A starting point for newly diagnosed people figuring out treatment, support groups, and disclosure decisions. Ryan White-funded programs help people with HIV access care, meds, and supportive services regardless of ability to pay. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ Oregon residents and the people supporting them.
