First Black HIV/AIDS think tank — research, advocacy, and education for Black communities. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. PrEP starts after a negative HIV test and HIV-prevention counseling; pill or injectable options exist. ADAP programs cover ART for uninsured/underinsured people in every state; income limits typically 400% FPL or higher. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
