Undetectable = Untransmittable — global campaign to end HIV stigma. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Medication coverage programs (ADAP in every state) cover ART when insurance can't or won't. PrEP is now available as a long-acting injection (Apretude) every two months — useful if daily pills don't fit your life. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
