Boston-based program of Fenway Health expanded nationally to support LGBTQ+ older adults and providers. Relevant for veterans of the AIDS crisis, the Stonewall generation, and elders who lived underground identities most of their lives. Many LGBTQ+ senior centers offer programs, meals, and peer companionship — often free with suggested donation.
