NCOA programs and resources for older adults including LGBTQ+ seniors. A starting point for adult children of LGBTQ+ parents needing eldercare resources sensitive to their parents' history. Caregiver support is built into most LGBTQ+ elder programs — partner-led care is acknowledged and supported. Medicare and Medicaid cover gender-affirming care for elders in most states — including for people just starting transition late in life. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
