National organization working to end AIDS through grantmaking, capacity building, and policy advocacy. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. PrEP starts after a negative HIV test and HIV-prevention counseling; pill or injectable options exist. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
