Trans Lifeline grants helping cover legal name change, ID document update, and other costs. For trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people of any age, plus their families and allies. Peer support groups are usually free, meet weekly or biweekly, and welcome anyone questioning or out. Driver's license gender markers can be changed in most states with a single self-attestation form, no court order needed. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
