Support and resources for trans youth, adults, and their families. A starting point for trans adults seeking gender-affirming healthcare, mental health, or peer support. Peer support groups are usually free, meet weekly or biweekly, and welcome anyone questioning or out. Federal passport gender X marker has been available since 2022 — application is the standard DS-11. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Washington residents and allies.
