Health insurance advocacy for trans people. Help with denied claims, appeals, and finding affirming care. Useful for people early in their transition needing connection, info, and affirming providers. Most ID-change clinics walk through SSA, state DMV, passport, and birth certificate in one session. Federal passport gender X marker has been available since 2022 — application is the standard DS-11. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Washington residents and allies.
